These Terms of Service govern your use of FlowApp software and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. For enterprise customers, additional terms may apply as specified in your Enterprise Agreement.

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FlowApp software, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These terms are effective as of 2024-01-15 and apply to all users of FlowApp software and services.

2Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FlowApp in accordance with the documentation.

License Types Available:

  • • Community License - Basic usage rights
  • • Professional License - Enhanced features and support
  • • Enterprise License - Full feature set with custom terms

3Restrictions

You may not: (a) modify, copy, or create derivative works of the software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (c) distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the software.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

4Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license.

Termination Process:

  1. Notice of termination will be provided via email to the account administrator
  2. Grace period of 30 days for data export (where applicable)
  3. All access to FlowApp services will be revoked
  4. Customer must destroy all copies of the software

5Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlowApp Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the software.

Important: For enterprise deployments involving critical business operations, we recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage and implementing appropriate backup and disaster recovery procedures.

6Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States.
