1License Grant
FlowApp Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the FlowApp software in accordance with the terms of your subscription or purchase.
License Activation:
Your license is activated upon payment confirmation and remains valid according to your subscription terms.
2Scope of License
This license permits you to install and use the software on the number of systems specified in your agreement for your internal business purposes.

FlowApp Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

6Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.
Termination Procedures:
- License termination notification via email
- 30-day grace period for data export and migration
- Revocation of all software access and API keys
- Secure deletion of hosted data (if applicable)
- Return or destruction of all software copies
